Brandie Marlin, DC
Dr. Brandie Marlin is a native of northeastern Pennsylvania and a graduate of New York Chiropractic College (Seneca Falls, NY) where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She was named to the Dean’s List, received the Distinguished Service Award, and was a member of the Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Honor Society throughout her time at NYCC. Additionally, Dr. Marlin was active in the Christian Chiropractic and Pediatric Clubs as well as worked closely with the research department on several studies while at NYCC. Dr. Marlin became familiar with Mocksville and the surrounding areas while at Catawba College where she received her Bachelor’s degree in chemistry with a minor in music.
Dr. Marlin has treated and been exposed to a vast array of patients who have responded favorably to chiropractic care through rotations at two Veterans Hospitals, a long term care facility, and a clinic focused on the underserved population. Dr. Marlin also aided in performing scoliosis screenings on local middle and elementary school students. Most recently, Dr. Marlin has been providing coverage for several local chiropractors.
Dr. Marlin has provided chiropractic care to patients with a variety of complex conditions (spinal fusions, disc herniations, spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis, and total hip replacement surgeries to name a few) as well as provided palliative care to patients with co-morbidities like Multiple Sclerosis, PTSD, Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Pain Syndrome.
Dr. Marlin is currently a member of the American Chiropractic Association as well as the North Carolina Chiropractic Association. She also is a physician volunteer at Storehouse for Jesus. Dr. Marlin is also a member of the Davie Chamber of Commerce and the Davie Business Women's Association. Dr. Marlin and her husband Brant are excited to be back in the Mocksville area. Dr. Marlin is eager to provide chiropractic care to this area because she personally knows the healing effects that individualized chiropractic care provides. Additionally, she values the importance of patient education and welcomes the opportunity to pass on any knowledge that will help her patients get closer to achieving their optimal health.
